Aman KIA Service Center, Pimpri Chinchwad – Honest, Transparent & Truly Professional I had an excellent experience at the Aman KIA Service Center in Pimpri Chinchwad. The staff is genuinely helpful, well-trained, and completely transparent in their approach. I was shown both the old and new oil filters while they were being replaced, and the team even filled the genuine oil right in front of me. They use the latest machines and tools, and genuine grease was applied to the brakes as well. The Floor Manager was extremely cooperative and ensured everything followed a well-defined process. When we couldn’t catch the rattling sound during the test drive, they asked me to record a video so they could diagnose it better — something very few service centers bother to suggest. My car’s 2nd service was completed in about 3 hours on a weekday. There was no unnecessary upselling or attempts to add unwanted jobs to inflate the bill. CCTV cameras are installed at every service bay, so you can even monitor your car’s work. They also sent timely updates throughout the service. Overall, a very satisfying and trustworthy service experience. I truly hope they maintain this level of quality in the future as well.
