Great sales experience with Samadhan Kamble. No pushy sales, adequate purchase time and generous test drive was provided prior to purchase. Samadhan helped to bring the demo car to our house for parking space check, total passenger, luggage trunk space. More specifically, Samadhan understood our family needs, built drivers confidence and guided in the right driving concepts without mentioning unnecessary jargon. They created a whatsapp group and answered all the questions we had during prior purchase and post purchase. Very helpful to stay connected. So far the post sales experience was great with everything carefully delivered. One feedback to the team - Since all the documents and quotes are getting digital, it would be helpful if we could have an online portal where we can accessall the information related to Car including documents, insurance, service documents. I will update the review after servicing experience. Service is independent from the dealership perspective in my opinion.
