I had an excellent experience at this Kia showroom while purchasing my first car, Kia Seltos, IVT. The entire journey from selection to delivery was smooth and well managed. The team was extremely helpful in guiding me to choose the best model for my needs. Initially, I booked the manual variant after my first test drive, However, I later decided to switch to the IVT variant, and the team handled the change seamlessly without any hassle. The waiting period was quite reasonable at around 4 weeks. Throughout the process, the showroom maintained clear and consistent communication via a WhatsApp group, which made tracking updates very convenient. I really appreciated the flexibility in choosing accessories they were added exactly as per my preferences at the time of delivery. I was also recommended ceramic coating by 3M, which was done very carefully and truly enhanced the car’s overall look. The paperwork process was smooth, with a transparent and clearly explained price breakup, which built a lot of trust. On the day of delivery, the experience was memorable. The car was unveiled with a curtain reveal, and the team made it special with thoughtful gestures like gifting a jade plant. The staff was courteous, responsive, and supportive at every step.
