    I had good experience in vehicle ownership journey, from pre-sale, test drive to purchase and after sales service. Kudos to entire team and special thanks to Devendra Singh ji and GM Sharwan Kumar ji. Team went beyond their duties to set a remarkable experience, including upgrading of tyres, alloy wheels and accessories. Some points for improvements in customer service management (led by Vandana Kawar ji): Initial fuel top was in-sufficient, Kia India provided gifts were given only after multiple requests.
