I bought my 2026 Kia Seltos GTX A Turbo from Malik Kia, Kukatpally in May. I intentionally waited almost two months before writing this review because I wanted to experience not just the sales process, but also the after-sales support, and service centre performance before forming an opinion. I’m happy to say it’s been a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish. The GTX IVT variant I originally booked was taking longer than expected from the Kia factory, so they proactively arranged the Turbo DCT for me instead. The pre-sales experience was excellent — special mention of Mallesh from sales, and especially Srinath Reddy, the AGM, who handled all my many fussy questions and requests with patience, professionalism, and always with a smile. What stood out most was that if ever there was an issue or concern, they never tried to brush it aside; instead, they worked towards a practical solution. The delivery process and all the paperwork leading up to it were smooth and well coordinated. Having recently returned to India after nearly 30 years abroad, many of the legal formalities and documentation requirements felt unfamiliar and a little overwhelming. The team patiently guided me through every step and made the entire process far less daunting, and quite easy. I arranged my own insurance. Malik Kia efficiently handled the FASTag and helped organize and fit the few accessories I wanted — all without any unnecessary hassle. I’ve also completed my first service after one-month at their N Garden service centre, and that experience was equally positive. Mahesh, the service manager, and Vamshi at the service desk were both extremely helpful, flexible, and courteous. The servicing and vehicle cleaning were completed quickly and efficiently. Overall, it has been a consistently positive experience across every touch-point — pre-sales, sales, delivery, after-sales support, and service. Throughout these past two months, every question, request, and concern was handled with warmth, patience, and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Srinath and Mahesh, who truly went above and beyond.
