I am writing this review after 4 years of obtaining Kia Sonet from RC Kia Solan. During this period, their after sale service remained outstanding and never ever any occasion arose when I could point out any deficiency in their service or conduct. The owner Mr Chopra is accessible, responsive and tries to accommodate in every possible way. Then there is one Mr Inder, who seems to be overall Incharge. I am amazed at his patient and kind nature coupled with professional competence. Though credit goes to the entire team, yet the leader matters. This is what makes Mr Inder different from others. He is an outstanding human being and a very competent professional. Through this review I want to convey my sincerest thanks to Mr Chopra and Mr Inder to having given me such a wonderful experience of owning a Kia and their prompt, patient and outstanding support and service.
