Had a truly comfortable and warm experience with ARM Kia. Afrid, our sales executive, was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to answer every question I had, even the ones that might’ve seemed a little silly. In doing so, he made the entire process feel smooth. Keerthi from the accessories team brought great energy to the experience. Despite a small language gap, (I speak only swalpa Kannada) she went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything and felt genuinely cared for. That kind of hospitality is what I love about the Udupi people. A big thank you to Suhas, the Team Lead who co-ordinated the whole experience as well as Chethan from the servicing department. His clear guidance made us feel like we were in good hands. Finally, I appreciate all the supporting staff that showed us wonderful hospitality during our visits to the showroom. Great team.
