A Wonderful Car Buying Experience with a Surprise Reunion! After visiting several showrooms and reviewing many cars, I had finally decided to go for the Kia Syros. I received a quotation from a dealer in Katargam but wasn’t fully satisfied with the offered — even after several rounds of discussion with their sales team. So I decided to try one more time and submitted an online inquiry to another Kia dealership. They quickly arranged a meeting at my office, and that’s when the story took an unexpected turn — two salespersons came to meet me, and to my surprise, one of them was Sunny Masalawala, the same person who had sold me my Toyota Glanza six years ago! Sunny had given me an excellent experience back then too, and it was amazing to meet him again after so many years, now representing Kia. The other salesperson, Fazil Nalbandh, was also very professional and polite. Together, they gave a detailed explanation about the car, patiently answered all my questions, and understood exactly what I was looking for. Sunny took the lead in negotiating with the sales head, and thanks to his efforts, I received a fantastic deal — better than what I had been offered earlier. I finally confirmed my car booking with Sunny, and today I took the delivery of my Kia Syros. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and genuinely satisfying.
